- Identify and develop new customers for used heavy machinery sales
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Promote and sell used heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, cranes, and forklifts
- Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and equipment demonstrations
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machinery solutions
- Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions to close sales successfully
- Coordinate with operations, workshop, and logistics teams for machine inspection, availability, and delivery
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions in CRM or sales reports
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing of used machinery
- Follow up on payments, documentation, and handover of equipment
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
