Job Summary

  • The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales of pre owned construction and heavy equipment by identifying customer needs, promoting suitable machinery solutions, and closing profitable deals.
  • The role focuses on developing strong customer relationships, expanding market presence, and achieving sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new customers for used heavy machinery sales.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Promote and sell used heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, cranes, and forklifts.
  • Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and equipment demonstrations when required.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machinery solutions.
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions to close sales successfully.
  • Coordinate with operations, workshop, and logistics teams for machine inspection, availability, and delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions in CRM or sales reports.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing of used machinery.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Follow up on payments, documentation, and handover of equipment.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sale of Heavy Machinery
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Linguistic skills
  • Good knowledge of used machinery and equipment conditions
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
