Responsibilities
- Deliver clear and accurate month end reporting to timetable
- Business partner with Commission Leads and Finance Leads to ensure accurate Management Accounts, Financial reports, and Forecasts
- Prepare project profitability, revenue trackers, project accounting, and WIP analysis
- Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and manage reconciling variances
- Support annual statutory audit and budget submission
- Process General Ledger journal transactions
- Handle client invoicing and intercompany account reconciliations
- Support preparation of monthly payroll and respond to payroll queries
Requirements
- Qualified accountant with at least 5 years post qualification experience
- Experience in preparing Management Accounts, Forecasts, and Project Accounting
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting demands
- KSA based experience with MNC consultancy/construction industry preferred
- Knowledge of KSA VAT and tax laws is an advantage

Job Purpose
- Senior Accountant reporting to the KSA Finance Director
- Qualified and technically strong accountant with at least 5 years post qualification experience
- Key Business Partner to KSA Management and Sector Managers
Key Selected Responsibilities
- Deliver clear & accurate month end reporting requirements to timetable
- Working closely with Commission Leads and Finance Leads to ensure Management Accounts, Financial reports & Forecasts are accurate
- Business Partnering, Project profitability, Project Revenue Trackers, Project Accounting & WIP analysis
- Ensure balance sheet reconciliations are maintained with reconciling variances articulated
- Supporting ad hoc month end reporting and variance analysis commentary
- Revenue Trackers, Income Statement accurately recorded and maintained
- Assisting with annual statutory audit and annual Budget submission
- Processing General Ledger journal transactions
- Client invoicing and intercompany account reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies
Payroll
- Support preparation of monthly payroll
- Generation of payroll journals and relevant payroll recons
- Responding to payroll queries
Tax
- Good knowledge of KSA VAT and Tax laws and practices is a significant advantage
