Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial statements by 4th working day
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Assist in preparation of budgets
- Coordinate internal and external audits
- Assist in tax audit and returns
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and variances
- Reconcile GL and intercompany accounts
- Monitor and manage cash flows
- Report daily fund flow statement
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and other departments
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Car Rentals
- Overall 5.5 years of experience
- Knowledge of IFRS and other financial reporting standards
- Expertise in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and forecasting

Key Duties
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial statements (4th Working day).
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in preparation of budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Assist in tax audit and returns, ensuring compliance with UAE Tax laws.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure Financial statements made with compliance of IFRS and other accounting standards.
- Reconcile GL and intercompany accounts, resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor and manage cash flows, ensure company has always enough liquidity.
- Report daily fund flow statement.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and other departments to support financial operations.
- Perform regular reconciliations of bank accounts, vendor accounts, and other key accounts.
Qualification & Experience
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Car Rentals.
- Overall 5.5 years of experience.

Salary Range
- AED 10,000~12,000 per month
