Role Purpose
Provide Recon Hub operational support and support ARCS implementation.
Maintain accurate, timely, and controlled reconciliation of assigned Accounts Receivable and General Ledger accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end reconciliation of assigned GL accounts for Accounts Receivable or General Ledger teams.
- Reconcile AR control accounts, clearing accounts, and accrual accounts.
- Prepare reconciliation dashboards, KPI reports, and management summaries.
- Highlight key risks and exceptions in reconciliation reporting.
- Coordinate with business, Treasury, Cash Application, General Ledger, and Finance teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and process improvement within reconciliation activities.
Technical Skills and Competencies
- Strong understanding of reconciliation methodologies and accounting controls.
- Sound knowledge of Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and financial close processes.
- Experience analyzing high volumes of transactional data and identifying mismatch root causes.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as Oracle Fusion, SAP, or Yardi.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and appropriate analytical or AI tools.

Engagement Duration
