Responsibilities
- Manage day to day accounting operations including general ledger, reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and accounts payable/receivable
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and support month end and year end closing
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
- Coordinate external audits and prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation
- Prepare and file VAT returns and manage Withholding Tax calculations, filings, and payments
- Manage e invoicing processes and ensure compliance with ZATCA regulations
- Manage payroll processes including salary calculations, deductions, WPS compliance, and timely processing
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and finance
- Strong knowledge of Saudi VAT, WHT, and ZATCA e invoicing regulations
- Proven experience managing external audits and preparing supporting documentation
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross functional teams

- The role involves managing day to day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with Saudi tax regulations, and supporting financial reporting and audit processes.
What will you do?
- Manage day to day accounting operations, including the general ledger, account reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and accounts payable/receivable.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, supporting month end and year end closing.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting as requested.
- Independently coordinate external audits, preparing audit schedules and supporting documentation.
- Prepare and file VAT returns and manage Withholding Tax (WHT) calculations, filings, and payments in compliance with Saudi tax regulations.
- Manage e invoicing processes and ensure accurate generation and reporting of electronic invoices in compliance with ZATCA regulations.
- Manage payroll processes, including salary calculations, deductions, WPS compliance, and timely processing of employee payments.
What are we looking for?
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi VAT, WHT, and ZATCA e invoicing regulations.
- Proven experience managing external audits and preparing supporting documentation.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross functional teams.
