Responsibilities
- Perform operation and maintenance of Edwards EST3/EST4 fire alarm systems
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities based on defined schedules
- Troubleshoot fire alarm loops, devices, and panel/system level faults
- Maintain and support CCTV (IP based systems), Access Control (Lenel/ATS), and Intrusion Detection Systems
- Monitor and investigate alarms from centralized systems
- Ensure proper integration between fire and security systems
- Support field teams (ML1) and coordinate with OEM/vendors (ML3)
- Maintain accurate documentation, logs, and technical reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fire and security systems
- Hands on experience with Edwards EST3/EST4 (mandatory)
- Experience with integrated security systems (CCTV, ACS, IDS) and control room environments
- Strong understanding of system integration and alarm management
- Knowledge of TCP/IP networks, RS 485, and fiber systems
- Comfortable working in 24/7 critical operations environments
- Experience in railway, metro, or large infrastructure projects (preferred)
- Edwards (EST), NFPA, or Lenel certifications (preferred)

About the Role

What will you do?

What are we looking for?
