Role Overview
Manage the financial controlling function across the UAE, Qatar, and Oman.
Collaborate with business units, GBS, group entities, and external partners on accounting, reporting, compliance, and auditing activities.
Proficiency in SAP and Navision is critical for accurate and timely financial processing.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate cash collection summary statements for stores, central units, and restaurants.
- Resolve system issues with IKEA IT and monitor cash collection reconciliation reports.
- Reconcile collection summaries in Navision at month-end and share entries with R2R and O2C teams for posting.
- Follow up on sales reconciliations, manage variances, and resolve differences with the IT team.
- Perform daily reconciliations of e-commerce debtors, receipts, sales, deferred sales, tax, and deferred tax accounts.
- Manage cash-on-delivery reconciliations covering debtors, sales, tax, and deferred sales.
- Coordinate reconciliation of cash collection reports with sales and delivery data.
- Reconcile and clear receipts processed through Safex, EPG, Apple Pay, Tabby, Tamara, and Samsung Pay.
- Maintain VAT reconciliation documentation between Navision and SAP and support Group Tax with audits.
Required Expertise
- SAP and Navision systems.
- Financial controlling, accounting, reporting, compliance, and audit support.
- Cash collection, sales, e-commerce, and payment reconciliation.
