- Deliver accurate and timely statutory and regulatory reporting in line with IFRS standards and internal governance protocols
- Prepare standalone financial statements, statutory reports, and consolidation workbooks, including intercompany eliminations and adjustments
- Stay updated on evolving regulatory requirements and ensure all reporting outputs reflect the latest compliance standards
- Coordinate with auditors and regulatory bodies by providing required data, schedules, and clarifications
- Partner with finance, legal, and cross functional teams to gather accurate financial data and deliver insightful reporting packs
- Track key reporting KPIs, identify operational gaps, and recommend actionable improvements
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimize reporting processes, and support automation or efficiency projects
Requirements
- UAE National (Emirati Only)
- Experience in statutory and regulatory reporting under IFRS standards (including IFRS 7, 9, 13, 15, and 16)
- Experience preparing standalone financial statements, statutory reports, and consolidation workbooks
- Knowledge of internal governance protocols
- Audit coordination experience
- Strong analytical and communication skills

- Audit & Assurance Support: Coordinate with auditors and regulatory bodies by providing required data, schedules, and clarifications to support smooth audit processes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with finance, legal, and cross functional teams to gather accurate financial data and deliver insightful reporting packs (monthly, quarterly, annual, and flash reports).
- Performance Monitoring: Track key reporting KPIs, identify operational gaps, and recommend actionable improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.
- Process Improvement & Innovation: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimize reporting processes, and support automation or efficiency projects within the statutory reporting function.
