Responsibilities
- Manage complete accounting cycle including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations
- Record and monitor rental income from office units and other services
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Issue invoices, receipts, credit notes, and payment follow ups
- Ensure proper allocation of income and expenses for each business unit
- Track office leasing contracts, renewals, deposits, and rent schedules
- Maintain accurate records of tenant payments, security deposits, and refunds
- Coordinate with leasing/sales team for contract accuracy and billing updates
- Monitor occupancy rates and rental revenue performance
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Generate management reports on revenue, expenses, and profitability
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions
Requirements
- CA Final (appearing or completed) – Highly Preferred, or CA Intermediate, CMA, or ACCA
- Minimum 4–6 years of accounting experience
- Experience in UAE is strongly preferred
- Experience in real estate, property management, or business centers is a strong advantage
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books or similar)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong understanding of VAT and UAE compliance

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and detail oriented Senior Accountant to manage the full financial operations of our Business Center, which includes office leasing, rental income management, client billing, vendor payments, and financial reporting.
Financial Accounting & Operations
- Manage complete accounting cycle including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.
- Record and monitor rental income from office units and other services.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Issue invoices, receipts, credit notes, and payment follow ups.
- Ensure proper allocation of income and expenses for each business unit.
Leasing & Revenue Accounting
- Track office leasing contracts, renewals, deposits, and rent schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of tenant payments, security deposits, and refunds.
- Coordinate with leasing/sales team for contract accuracy and billing updates.
- Monitor occupancy rates and rental revenue performance.
Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Generate management reports on revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
- Prepare cash flow statements and budget variance reports.
Compliance & Audit
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and accounting standards.
- Prepare VAT returns and support tax related documentation.
- Coordinate with external auditors during audits.
- Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions.
Budgeting & Forecasting
- Assist in annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Monitor operational expenses and identify cost saving opportunities.
- Support management in financial planning and strategy.
Administrative Coordination
- Work closely with sales/leasing and operations teams for financial accuracy.
- Maintain organized financial records and digital filing systems.
- Support management with ad hoc financial reports and analysis.
Requirements
- CA Final (appearing or completed) – Highly Preferred
- CA Intermediate – Preferred
- CMA or ACCA – Also considered
- Minimum 4–6 years of accounting experience
- Experience in UAE is strongly preferred
- Experience in real estate, property management, or business centers is a strong advantage
Skills
