Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns
- Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages professionally
- Monitor social media performance and provide monthly reports
- Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles, upload photos, updates, offers, and business information
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews on GMB
- Improve local search visibility and online reputation
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and social media platforms
- Optimize campaigns for lead generation, brand awareness, and ROI
- Assist with SEO and SEM activities to improve website traffic and rankings
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Maintain and update the company website, coordinate content updates, landing pages, and promotions
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or administration
- Hands on experience with Google Business Profile (GMB), Google Ads, SEO, and social media marketing
- Experience with WordPress or similar website platforms
- Strong content writing and copywriting skills
- Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Job Summary

- The ideal candidate should have experience in social media management, Google Business Profile (GMB), Google Ads, website management, content creation, and office administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.
