- Represent the company in marketing campaigns, promotional videos, social media content, and photoshoots
- Assist in creating engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Google Business Profile
- Participate in company branding initiatives and promotional events
- Help showcase office facilities, amenities, and services through digital content
- Welcome prospective clients and conduct professional office tours
- Present office solutions and business center services to potential tenants
- Follow up on inquiries received through phone, email, WhatsApp, social media, and walk in visits
- Assist in converting leads into tenants and achieving occupancy targets
- Maintain accurate records of leads, viewings, and leasing activities
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally
- Assist with reception and administrative duties when required
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong email drafting and professional communication skills
- Advanced computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, leasing, customer service, reception, hospitality, or a similar client facing role
- Confident personality with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable appearing in company videos, social media content, and marketing campaigns
- Professional, well groomed, and presentable appearance
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Bachelor's degree (Required)
