Key Responsibilities

  • Represent the company in marketing campaigns, promotional videos, social media content, and photoshoots.
  • Assist in creating engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Google Business Profile.
  • Participate in company branding initiatives and promotional events.
  • Help showcase office facilities, amenities, and services through digital content.
  • Welcome prospective clients and conduct professional office tours.
  • Present office solutions and business center services to potential tenants.
  • Follow up on inquiries received through phone, email, WhatsApp, social media, and walk in visits.
  • Assist in converting leads into tenants and achieving occupancy targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, viewings, and leasing activities.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally.
  • Assist with reception and administrative duties when required.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Strong email drafting and professional communication skills.
  • Advanced computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, leasing, customer service, reception, hospitality, or a similar client facing role.
  • Confident personality with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable appearing in company videos, social media content, and marketing campaigns.
  • Professional, well groomed, and presentable appearance.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in business centers, real estate, leasing, or serviced offices.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, Canva, and basic video content creation.
  • Experience managing Google Business Profile.
