- Respond to inquiries received through phone calls, email, WhatsApp, social media, and walk in clients
- Conduct office tours and present office solutions to prospective clients
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into office rentals
- Prepare quotations, proposals, lease agreements, and related documentation
- Maintain accurate records of leads, viewings, and leasing activities
- Assist in achieving occupancy and sales targets
- Manage daily administrative and office support tasks
- Handle professional email correspondence with clients, suppliers, and tenants
- Maintain tenant records, contracts, and company databases
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and management updates
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and client requests
- Assist management with operational and administrative requirements
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong email drafting and communication skills
- Advanced computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Google Workspace
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, administration, customer service, business centers, real estate, hospitality, or related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and customer focused attitude
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience in office leasing, business centers, or real estate (preferred)
- Knowledge of social media platforms and Canva (preferred)
- Arabic language skills are an advantage

Marketing Support (Preferred)
- Assist in updating company social media platforms.
- Support creation of promotional content, office photos, and marketing campaigns.
- Update company listings and online business profiles when required.
Requirements Mandatory
- Excellent spoken and written English.
