About Our Client

Job Description

• Own the end‑to‑end accounting function across multiple UAE entities, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities in line with group timelines
• Prepare and review management accounts, group reporting packs, and consolidation inputs
• Manage intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and eliminations across entities
• Ensure full compliance with IFRS and all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements
• Act as the main point of contact for external auditors, advisors, and regulatory bodies
• Drive improvements in financial controls, processes, and reporting frameworks
• Partner closely with the Finance Manager and support the Group CFO on reporting and strategic initiatives
• Collaborate with international finance teams to ensure alignment across jurisdictions

The Successful Applicant

• 8 to 12+ years of accounting experience within multi‑entity or group environments
• Strong technical knowledge of IFRS, group reporting, and consolidations
• Proven experience managing audits and external stakeholders
• Exposure to UAE and international tax matters is advantageous
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced and evolving business
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders
• Professional accounting qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred
• Candidates must be based in the UAE
