Overview
- Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and collections
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
- Manage inventory accounting, stock reconciliation, and cost tracking
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations, including VAT filing and documentation
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits
- Process payroll and manage employee expense claims
- Monitor and control expenses to ensure cost efficiency
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial transactions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 2–5 years of accounting experience (preferably in a trading company in UAE)
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT laws and compliance
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, ZOHO)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Good understanding of inventory and cost accounting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
