Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track **import and export shipments** from origin to final destination
- Prepare, review, and maintain **shipping documents** (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, COO etc.)
- Liaise with **freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and transporters**
- Monitor shipment schedules and provide **regular status updates** to internal teams and customers
- Ensure compliance with **customs regulations, trade laws, and company policies**
- Handle **customs clearance** coordination and resolve shipment delays or discrepancies in Air/Sea/Land shipment
- Track logistics costs and assist in **freight cost control and reconciliation**
- Maintain accurate shipment records and update ERP/logistics tracking systems
- Coordinate warehouse deliveries and inventory movement as required
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in **Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field**
- 3+ years of experience in **logistics coordination, import/export, or trading operations in UAE**
- **Experience in Perfumes & Personal care category**
- Strong knowledge of **Incoterms, shipping methods, and international trade documentation**
- Familiarity with **customs procedures and HS codes**
- Proficiency in **MS Excel and ERP/logistics systems**
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
