- Assist in day to day accounting operations including data entry and invoicing
- Maintain accurate and up to date client records
- Coordinate with vendors for payment follow ups and related documentation
- Support general administrative activities as required
- Track shipments and coordinate with freight forwarders to ensure timely deliveries
- Prepare shipping and export documentation (invoices, packing lists, etc.)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Logistics, or related field
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience in accounts and/or logistics
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (e.g. Tally, Zoho, etc.)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Basic import/export procedures is a plus
