Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or team leadership capacity
- Demonstrated hands on experience with Odoo ERP is strictly required
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification is a strong advantage
