Requirements
- Arabic speaker
- Proven experience as an Administration Assistant (healthcare or dental industry is a plus)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills

- The Administrative Assistant acts as a key point of organization and communication, managing schedules, handling correspondence, and supporting internal processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Review reports, internal updates, and communications to prepare clear summaries for the management team.

Qualifications
- Arabic Speaker.
