- Analyze management team's time allocation and suggest adjustments for deep work
- Lead end to end execution of high level corporate events, training sessions, and executive retreats
- Handle sensitive special projects such as market entry research or internal audits
Requirements
- Arabic Speaker
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills

Role Description
- This role goes beyond traditional administrative support, serving as a strategic facilitator for the entire top management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Review lengthy reports, industry news, and internal updates to provide daily executive summaries.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners, government entities, and key clients.
- Monitor progress on board level initiatives across departments and proactively facilitate alignment meetings.
- Review all outgoing high stakes documentation, proposals, and presentations from top management.
- Analyze the management team’s time allocation and suggest adjustments to prioritize deep work.
- Lead end to end execution of high level corporate events, international training sessions, and executive retreats.
- Handle sensitive special projects such as preliminary research for new market entries or internal audits.
Qualifications
- Arabic Speaker
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant (healthcare or dental industry is a plus).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills.
