- Manage full set of accounts including journal entries, ledgers, reconciliations, and month end/year end closing activities
- Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and project based financial analysis specific to real estate developments
- Monitor project budgets, cost control, cash flow, and profitability across multiple real estate projects
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and internal departments to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of transactions
- Support financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis for ongoing and upcoming projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 4–7 years of experience in accounting, with strong preference for real estate or property development industry experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and project accounting
- Experience with accounting systems and ERP software
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with complex financial data

Job Overview
