Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in accounting.
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of accounting experience in the UAE.
- Real estate management or real estate sector experience is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, multitasking, and ability to work under pressure.
- Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Accounting Skills
- Expertise in project accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Knowledge of financial statement reporting under IFRS and statutory requirements.
- Proficiency in general ledgers, payables, receivables, and bank account reconciliation.
- Expertise in invoices, VAT, corporate tax, and tax return filing.
- Strong understanding of audit requirements and preparation.
- Experience with back-office operations and monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing.
Systems and Documentation
- Expert user of Tally Prime and ERP systems.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office.
- Maintain professional documentation and filing records.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 7,000 to AED 10,000 per month, based on experience.
Work Arrangement
- The job is full-time and requires in-person work.
