Role Overview
The employer is seeking a Document Controller / Secretary for deployment at one of its construction project sites.
The candidate should be available for immediate joining.
Responsibilities
- Register incoming and outgoing document submittals, including shop drawings, RFIs, and requisitions.
- Assist with client-required document submissions and monitor responses to documents and site issues.
- Answer emails and prepare meeting minutes and related work.
- Prepare letters, tender proposals, quotations, letters of authority, and other documents.
- Draft, compose, and route correspondence and memoranda on behalf of the Managing Director.
- Follow up with recipients to support effective implementation and complete ad hoc tasks.
Qualifications
- Experience using document control systems such as Primavera Unifier and ACONEX is required.
- Four to five years of experience in the construction building industry, particularly in the UAE, is preferred.
- Experience with a construction consultant or contractor is preferred.
- Immediate availability to join is required.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 5,000 to AED 6,000 per month.
