Qualifications and Experience
- CA, CPA, CMA, or ACCA qualification at intermediate or qualified level.
- At least three years of total experience in the candidate’s home country.
- At least one year of UAE experience is stated, while freshers can also apply under the source’s criteria.
- Experience working in a consulting firm and handling multiple client requirements is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review accounting and tax reports for clients.
- Supervise and review internal execution teams for accuracy and compliance.
- Serve as the primary contact for local and international clients on accounting, tax, and audit requirements.
- Manage a client portfolio of around 100 clients.
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and resolve queries.
- Support process improvement and quality standards.
- Complete assignments on time and comply with UAE tax regulations.
- Collaborate across departments to support workflow and client satisfaction.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and UAE taxation laws, including VAT and Corporate Tax.
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar.
- Strong communication, coordination, interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to lead, review, and motivate team members effectively.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
- Saturday: 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: AED 4,500 to AED 5,000 per month.
- Employment visa, health insurance, annual leave, and annual flight ticket are provided.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
