The role involves customer service calling, administrative support, client follow-up, order processing, and relationship management.
Schedule
- The role is full-time and works Monday to Saturday, six days per week.
- Monday to Friday hours are 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM GST.
- Saturday hours are 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM GST.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in customer service calling and/or administrative roles is required.
- At least one year of UAE experience is required.
- Strong operational process knowledge and CRM familiarity are required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and respond to calls and emails within designated timelines.
- Follow up daily with clients by email, calls, and WhatsApp and update progress in internal software.
- Process new order forms from the Sales, ECS, or CP teams within defined timelines.
- Manage a portfolio of 70–80 clients.
- Research client needs and advise on suitable business formation options across different zones.
