Role Overview
Flying Colour Business Setup Services LLC is seeking a Partner Relations Executive for international business development.
The role focuses on identifying, onboarding, and managing international partners while generating referrals and new business opportunities.
The company provides business setup, corporate, accounting, tax, audit, compliance, and advisory services.
Location and Schedule
- The role is based in Dubai, UAE, at Media City.
- Employment is full-time and work location is in person.
- Working days are Monday through Saturday.
- Monday through Friday hours are 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM GST, and Saturday hours are 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM GST.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, onboard, and manage international business partners.
- Build long-term partner relationships and conduct virtual or in-person meetings.
- Present company services and partnership opportunities.
- Train partners on services, processes, and referral procedures.
- Generate referrals, identify cross-selling opportunities, and coordinate referral conversion.
- Follow up with partners, resolve concerns, and monitor performance and engagement.
