Role Overview
Manage aeronautical and non-aeronautical receivables through customer account management, collections, revenue recognition, and financial reporting.
Support revenue integrity, credit-risk reduction, accounting compliance, internal controls, and stakeholder service.
Responsibilities
- Review and approve invoices and credit notes, including automated, manual, intercompany, and subsidiary transactions.
- Manage billing, receipt allocation, account reconciliation, customer disputes, and revenue-related queries.
- Maintain customer profiles in the Fusion Billing System and coordinate system upgrades with IT.
- Prepare project reports, Accounts Receivable reports, aging analyses, and month-end and year-end closing entries.
- Monitor overdue balances and clear unapplied receipts, unidentified collections, and customer advances.
- Support internal and external audits with documentation, reconciliations, and explanations.
- Mentor junior accountants and contribute to process improvement, automation, and reporting enhancements.
- Comply with HSE policies, report hazards and unsafe conditions, and participate in required HSE training.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related discipline is required.
- At least four years of experience in a similar Accounts Receivable or Finance role is required, preferably in a large organization or division.
