Role Overview
Support the Senior Officer Airside Operations Training with competency checks, training records, stakeholder coordination, and effective training delivery.
The role requires knowledge of ICAO and GCAA regulations and focuses on operational safety and staff competency across airside operations functions.
Responsibilities
- Assist with planning, conducting, and completing staff competency checks.
- Maintain accurate records of staff training, certifications, and assessments.
- Coordinate with Training and Development and Etihad Aviation Training on training scheduling, delivery, and follow-up.
- Support training materials, checklists, and competency frameworks aligned with ICAO Annexes and GCAA CAR requirements.
- Monitor training compliance with mandatory regulatory and organizational requirements.
- Prepare reports on training activities, compliance status, and training gaps.
- Participate in training audits and provide documentation to regulatory authorities.
- Serve as a training assessor across all airports.
- Deliver training courses during the Senior Officer’s absence.
- Support airside operations activities and promote a strong safety culture.
