Role Overview
Provides high-level executive, operational, and administrative support to the SVP Real Estate and VP.
Coordinates executive priorities, stakeholders, governance, reporting, and strategic business objectives.
Executive Support
- Manage and prioritize executive calendars, meetings, calls, correspondence, and inquiries.
- Prepare reports, presentations, invoices, letters, memos, expense statements, and briefing materials.
- Attend meetings, record minutes, track action items, and monitor leadership follow-up.
- Arrange business travel, including itineraries, purchase requests, documentation, and trip completion requirements.
- Coordinate executive dashboards, divisional reports, KPIs, and strategic initiatives.
Office and Administrative Management
- Oversee purchase requests, office supplies, expense tracking, correspondence, filing, and records management.
- Coordinate support services delivered by office assistants, administrative staff, and drivers.
- Perform procurement coordination, invoice tracking, vendor liaison, and basic bookkeeping.
- Support onboarding and offboarding with HR, IT, and Finance.
- Coordinate office relocations, workspace transitions, and business center administration.
