About the Role

- Manage end to end accounting operations, including AP, AR, and General Ledger
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Maintain accurate Accounts Receivable records and monitor collections
- Process payroll in compliance with UAE labor regulations
- Ensure timely VAT and Corporate Tax filings
- Perform bank reconciliations and month end/year end closing activities
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and management reports
- Coordinate with auditors and ensure statutory compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of accounting experience
- At least 3 years in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, payroll, and financial reporting
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, ERP, SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Excel

Job Summary
- Seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to manage full cycle accounting and financial operations
- Ideal candidate will have strong UAE experience in AP, AR, GL, VAT, Corporate Tax, payroll, financial reporting, and month end/year end closing
Key Responsibilities

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow reports
- Maintain accurate Accounts Receivable records and monitor collections
- Process payroll in compliance with UAE labor regulations
- Ensure timely VAT and Corporate Tax filings in accordance with UAE regulations
- Perform bank reconciliations and month end/year end closing activities
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and management reports
- Coordinate with auditors and ensure statutory compliance
- Maintain accurate accounting records and support internal and external audits
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable accounting standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of accounting experience, including at least 3 years in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, payroll, and financial reporting
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, ERP, SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
