About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage all project documentation in compliance with company and client requirements
- Handle incoming and outgoing documents including reports, certificates, inspection records, and correspondence
- Maintain document control registers, tracking logs, and ensure document traceability
- Manage documentation using ADNOC systems such as SAP Ariba and/or Aconex
- Coordinate with clients, site teams, and project engineers for timely submission and approval of documents
- Ensure proper filing, archiving, and retrieval of project records
- Prepare and compile final handover dossiers as per project requirements
- Support audits and ensure document readiness for client inspections
- Maintain control of NDT related documents including RT, UT, PT, and MT reports
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in NDT or EPC oil & gas companies is mandatory
- Experience in ADNOC related companies is preferred
- Hands on experience in SAP Ariba systems
- Good knowledge of NDT documentation, especially RT reports
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
