Responsibilities
- Manage full cycle accounting process including general ledger, asset management, and monthly reconciliations
- Manage monthly/quarterly VAT filings and ensure FTA compliance
- Lead implementation and monitoring of UAE Corporate Tax framework
- Prepare executive level P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow analysis for UAE entity
- Coordinate with Tier 1 external auditors to ensure IFRS compliance
- Monitor liquidity and manage multi currency transactions
- Oversee WPS compliance and end of service gratuity calculations
- Manage cross border transactions and transfer pricing documentation
Requirements
- 4 7 years in accounting, with at least 2 years in a UAE based Tech, SaaS, or professional services firm
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- CPA, ACCA, or CA qualification is mandatory
- Proven experience in UAE VAT and strong understanding of UAE Corporate Tax laws
- Expert proficiency in cloud accounting software and advanced financial modeling in Excel
- Exceptional English proficiency

- Optimize our use of cloud based ERP systems (Xero/Oracle/NetSuite) to automate reporting.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 4–7 years in accounting, with at least 2 years in a UAE based Tech, SaaS, or professional services firm.
- Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting. CPA, ACCA, or CA qualification is mandatory.
- Tax Expertise: Proven experience in UAE VAT and a strong understanding of the new UAE Corporate Tax laws.
- Tech Stack: Expert proficiency in cloud accounting software and advanced financial modeling in Excel.
- Communication: Exceptional English proficiency. Professional Arabic is a distinct advantage.
