- Manage full cycle accounting process including general ledger, asset management, and monthly reconciliations
- Oversee VAT & FTA compliance, managing monthly/quarterly VAT filings
- Lead implementation and monitoring of UAE Corporate Tax framework
- Prepare executive level P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow analysis
- Coordinate with external auditors for IFRS compliant financial statements
- Monitor liquidity and manage multi currency transactions
- Oversee WPS compliance and end of service gratuity calculations
- Manage intercompany accounting and transfer pricing documentation
- Optimize cloud based ERP systems for reporting automation
Requirements
- 4 7 years in accounting, with at least 2 years in a UAE based Tech, SaaS, or professional services firm
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- CPA, ACCA, or CA qualification mandatory
- Proven experience in UAE VAT and understanding of UAE Corporate Tax laws
- Expert proficiency in cloud accounting software and advanced Excel
- Exceptional English proficiency

Role Overview

- Oversee all local accounting functions while playing a strategic role in global financial consolidation across five international hubs
Key Focus Areas
- VAT & FTA Compliance: Managing monthly/quarterly VAT filings and ensuring full compliance with FTA regulations
- Corporate Tax Readiness: Leading implementation and monitoring of UAE Corporate Tax framework
- Financial Reporting: Preparing executive level P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow analysis for UAE entity
- Audit Leadership: Coordinating with Tier 1 external auditors to ensure IFRS standards
What You'll Do

- Payroll & Benefits: Oversee WPS compliance and end of service gratuity calculations

- Tech Integration: Optimize cloud based ERP systems (Xero/Oracle/NetSuite) to automate reporting
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 4 7 years in accounting, with at least 2 years in UAE based Tech, SaaS, or professional services firm
- Credentials: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA, ACCA, or CA qualification mandatory
- Tax Expertise: Proven experience in UAE VAT and strong understanding of new UAE Corporate Tax laws
- Tech Stack: Expert proficiency in cloud accounting software and advanced financial modeling in Excel
- Communication: Exceptional English proficiency; Professional Arabic is a distinct advantage
