Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle accounting process, including general ledger, asset management, and monthly reconciliations
- Manage monthly/quarterly VAT filings and ensure full compliance with FTA regulations
- Lead implementation and monitoring of UAE Corporate Tax framework
- Prepare executive level P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow analysis for UAE entity
- Coordinate with Tier 1 external auditors to ensure IFRS compliance
- Monitor liquidity and manage multi currency transactions across regional bank accounts
- Oversee WPS compliance and end of service gratuity calculations
- Manage cross border transactions and transfer pricing documentation
- Optimize use of cloud based ERP systems to automate reporting
Requirements
- 4–7 years in accounting, with at least 2 years in a UAE based Tech, SaaS, or professional services firm
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- CPA, ACCA, or CA qualification is mandatory
- Proven experience in UAE VAT and strong understanding of new UAE Corporate Tax laws
- Expert proficiency in cloud accounting software and advanced financial modeling in Excel
- Exceptional English proficiency
- Professional Arabic is a distinct advantage

Role Overview
- This is a high visibility role for a finance professional with 4–7 years of experience who understands the complexity of the UAE’s evolving financial landscape.
- You will oversee all local accounting functions while playing a strategic role in our global financial consolidation across five international hubs.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the full cycle accounting process, including the general ledger, asset management, and monthly reconciliations.
- Monitor liquidity and manage multi currency transactions across our regional bank accounts.
- Oversee WPS (Wage Protection System) compliance and end of service gratuity calculations for the local team.
- Manage cross border transactions and transfer pricing documentation between our UAE, KSA, and UK offices.
- Optimize our use of cloud based ERP systems (Xero/Oracle/NetSuite) to automate reporting.
What We’re Looking For
- 4–7 years in accounting, with at least 2 years in a UAE based Tech, SaaS, or professional services firm.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting. CPA, ACCA, or CA qualification is mandatory.
- Proven experience in UAE VAT and a strong understanding of the new UAE Corporate Tax laws.
- Expert proficiency in cloud accounting software and advanced financial modeling in Excel.
- Exceptional English proficiency. Professional Arabic is a distinct advantage for bank and government relations.
