The Opportunity
- Next Match AI LLC is seeking a structured, detail oriented Administrative Assistant to support growing remote operations and data management workflows.
- Operating completely remote from your base in Dubai, you will manage day to day data verification tracking, update internal records, and provide cross departmental administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the administrative monitoring of candidate profiles and onboarding validation holds via our secure platforms.
- Update and maintain internal databases, ensuring all corporate logs, files, and project document archives are accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate team calendars, schedule internal syncs across remote time zones, and draft clear meeting recaps.
- Filter incoming corporate inquiries, manage regional data logs, and handle basic digital correspondence with accuracy and professionalism.
- Compile weekly activity sheets and assist operations leads with administrative data extraction for platform metrics reports.
Who You Are (Requirements)
- 2+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Data Entry Specialist, or Office Coordinator within a corporate office or professional tech setting.
- High comfort level using cloud collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel/Word, Slack, and digital data management portals).
- Exceptional data checking skills with a proven ability to manage high volumes of repetitive records without errors.
- Clean, professional verbal and written English communication skills; a structured approach to remote team updates.
Premium Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: AED 10,200 – AED 13,000 per month (Tax Free, dependent on corporate administrative experience).
