Role Overview
Manage full-set accounts for the company’s UAE and India operations.
Support management with accurate financial information and maintain compliance with UAE regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts, general ledger activities, reporting, reconciliations, cash flow, and transaction documentation.
- Manage UAE VAT calculations, records, and filing requirements.
- Track inventory records, process invoices and payments, and maintain accounting documentation.
- Process monthly payroll and maintain employee leave and salary records.
- Assist with budgeting, financial analysis, and cash-flow planning.
- Identify discrepancies, take corrective action, and improve accounting procedures and internal controls.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, suppliers, customers, and external parties.
- Manage office maintenance, servicing, and supply coordination.
- Provide administrative and financial support to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of relevant accounting experience; UAE experience is preferred.
- Independent full-set accounting experience is required; multi-company experience is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, financial reporting, reconciliations, and accounting principles.
- Experience with payroll, inventory accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
- High accuracy, organization, attention to detail, independence, and ownership.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary is AED 2,500–AED 3,500 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
- The company provides an employment visa and medical insurance.
- Annual leave is provided as per UAE Labour Law.
- The role is full-time with opportunities for professional growth.
