Role overview
The company is seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage the full set of accounts for its UAE and India operations.
The role handles accounting functions independently while supporting management with financial reporting and administrative coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile the full set of accounts for UAE and India companies.
- Prepare monthly profit and loss statements, income statements, and balance sheets.
- Monitor inventory and stock records and provide regular updates to management.
- Monitor cash flow and maintain proper cash controls.
- Process, record, and document financial transactions accurately.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements regularly.
- Process monthly invoices, payments, and other financial transactions.
- Maintain organized accounting records and documentation files.
- Process monthly payroll and maintain employee leave records.
- Maintain and file monthly bank statements and supporting documents.
- Coordinate office maintenance, servicing, supplies, and related requirements.
- Provide administrative and accounting support and assist with financial policies and procedures.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required.
- Two to four years of relevant accounting experience is required.
- UAE accounting experience is preferred.
- Experience managing multi-company accounts is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, financial reporting, bank reconciliations, and accounting principles is required.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel is required.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational and time-management skills are required.
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple accounting responsibilities is required.
- Current availability in the UAE is preferred.

Compensation
- Salary is AED 2,500 to AED 3,500 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
