- Report partnership growth, pipeline, and market trends to senior management
Requirements
- 5 7 years in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development with a proven track record of closing deals
- Healthcare background preferred
- Strong negotiation skills and hunger to open new channels
- Data driven mindset and sound commercial judgment
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university

What you'll own

What we're looking for (must have)
- 5 7 years in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development with proven track record of closing deals
- Healthcare background preferred
- Commercially driven and partnership minded with strong negotiation skills
- Data driven mindset and sound commercial judgment
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
Nice to have
- Established relationships across Dubai/UAE market (corporates, insurers, clinics, pharmacies, wellness)
- Familiarity with UAE/GCC healthcare licensing and regulatory bodies (DHA, DoH, MOH)
- Comfort using AI and automation tools
