- Execute strategy and commercial growth for assigned client
- Serve as expert on operational and contractual aspects of products, ensuring seamless delivery and troubleshooting
- Conduct regular account reviews and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Act as day to day point of contact for global projects, aligning client expectations with operational capabilities
- Partner with Commercial and Marketing teams to identify opportunities and present solutions
- Monitor market trends and relay client needs to product and technical teams

- Experience in product, account, or relationship management within EEMEA or international markets
- Strong commercial acumen with understanding of competitive environments
- Familiarity with travel industry and financial services products
- Exceptional relationship building skills and client first mentality
- Strategic mindset with ability to solve complex problems and manage change
- Russian or Turkish language competency valued
