Responsibilities
- Become the key person, in region, to own and drive strategic key accounts growth
- Own and drive the strategy and commercial growth for your clients, driving their success and ours
- Be the go to expert for the operational, contractual and commercial aspects of our products, ensuring seamless delivery and troubleshooting any issues that arise
- Conduct regular account reviews, maintaining strong relationships with key senior client stakeholders
- Act as the point of contact for projects, aligning client expectations with our operational capabilities
- Partner with our Commercial and Marketing teams to identify opportunities, frame problems, and present compelling solutions
- Keep your finger on the pulse of the market, relaying client needs and trends back to our product and technical teams
- Build and manage a team of A level Account Managers and ensure goals are met as per KPIs
Requirements
- Experience in product, account, or relationship management within EEMEA or international markets
- Payment network experience will be a plus
- Ability to manage conversations at C suite level and proven record in stakeholder management both internal and external
- A strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of competitive environments
- Familiarity with the travel industry and financial services products, along with a keen awareness of technology and trends shaping these sectors
- Exceptional relationship building skills and a client first mentality
- A strategic mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and manage change effectively
- Strong commercial acumen, collaborative approach, and a proactive attitude towards managing issues
- Turkish language competency will be well valued

The Role
- As an Senior Account Director EEMEA, you'll be at the heart of our business, managing and nurturing relationships with our largest financial services clients.
- You'll be the linchpin connecting our client with Collinson’s internal teams—Operations, Finance, Data, Product, and more.
What You’ll Do
