Responsibilities
- Become the key person in region to own and drive strategic key accounts growth
- Own and drive the strategy and commercial growth for clients, driving their success and ours
- Be the go to expert for operational, contractual and commercial aspects of products, ensuring seamless delivery and troubleshooting issues
- Conduct regular account reviews, maintaining strong relationships with key senior client stakeholders
- Act as point of contact for projects, aligning client expectations with operational capabilities
- Partner with Commercial and Marketing teams to identify opportunities, frame problems, and present compelling solutions
- Keep finger on the pulse of the market, relaying client needs and trends back to product and technical teams
- Build and manage a team of A level Account Managers and ensure goals are met as per KPIs
Requirements
- Experience in product, account, or relationship management within EEMEA or international markets
- Payment network experience will be a plus
- Ability to manage conversations at C suite level and proven record in stakeholder management
- Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of competitive environments
- Familiarity with the travel industry and financial services products
- Exceptional relationship building skills and a client first mentality
- Strategic mindset with ability to solve complex problems and manage change effectively
- Turkish language competency will be well valued

What You’ll Do
- Become the key person, in region, to own and drive strategic key accounts growth.
