The Role

  • As Senior Account Director EEMEA, manage and nurture relationships with largest financial services clients.
  • Drive growth, contribute towards strategic initiatives, and become a trusted advisor.
  • Linchpin connecting client with Collinson’s internal teams: Operations, Finance, Data, Product, etc.

What You’ll Do

  • Become the key person, in region, to own and drive strategic key accounts growth.
  • Own and drive the strategy and commercial growth for your clients.
  • Be the go to expert for operational, contractual and commercial aspects of our products.
  • Conduct regular account reviews, maintaining strong relationships with key senior client stakeholders.
  • Act as the point of contact for projects, aligning client expectations with our operational capabilities.
  • Partner with our Commercial and Marketing teams to identify opportunities, frame problems, and present compelling solutions.
  • Keep your finger on the pulse of the market, relaying client needs and trends back to our product and technical teams.
  • Build and manage a team of A level Account Managers and ensure goals are met as per KPIs.

What You Bring

  • Experience in product, account, or relationship management within EEMEA or international markets.
  • Payment network experience will be a plus.
  • Ability to manage conversations at C suite level and proven record in stakeholder management.
  • A strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of competitive environments.
  • Familiarity with the travel industry and financial services products.
  • Exceptional relationship building skills and a client first mentality.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and manage change effectively.
  • Strong commercial acumen, collaborative approach, and a proactive attitude towards managing issues.
  • Turkish language competency will be well valued.
