Job Description
- Provide individualized and small-group support to students with special educational needs
- Develop and implement IEPs and differentiated learning strategies based on student needs
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to monitor student progress and wellbeing
- Maintain an inclusive, supportive, and student-cantered learning environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s of Education major Psychology or in another subject plus a diploma/associate degree in special education
- At least 2 years of UAE experience in the same role within American, British, or IB schools
- Strong knowledge of IEP development and inclusive education practices
