Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and security of all guests, employees, and resort assets
- Conduct regular patrols and monitor premises via CCTV systems
- Control and verify access for staff, guests, and contractors across all resort areas
- Respond promptly and professionally to alarms, incidents, and emergencies
- Document all security activities, incidents, and reports accurately
- Coordinate with other departments to support safe and seamless resort operations
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, emergency protocols, and company standards
- Assist with crowd control, VIP movements, and special events as needed
- Deliver exceptional guest service by anticipating needs and maintaining luxury service standards
- Promote the company's wellness and sustainability culture by leading by example
Requirements
- Security certification preferred
- Proven experience in a similar security role, preferably in a luxury or resort environment
- Experience working with multicultural teams and in pre opening settings
- CPR and First Aid certified
- Knowledge of crisis management, security procedures, and CCTV systems
- Strong problem solving and organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Proficient in hotel information systems
- Culturally aware with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Collaborative team player with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Positive, approachable, empathetic, reliable, and adaptable
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and commitment to guest service excellence
