About the Function
Supervise security duties that safeguard property and provide a safe working environment for properties and guests.
Oversee daily physical security operations and outsourced security personnel across Emaar Hospitality Group properties.
Core Responsibilities
- Supervise daily security operations and shift activities.
- Ensure outsourced security personnel complete security and safety tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Evaluate security requirements, prioritize work, coordinate assignments, and delegate tasks or projects.
- Coordinate investigations and inspections and manage matters affecting property and guest security.
- Ensure operational security tasks follow service, safety, and security standards and procedures.
What You Will Need
- Minimum 3 years of security industry or security guard experience, including UAE experience.
- At least 2 months of documented formal security training, or 5 years of similar-role experience in another country including military or law enforcement.
- Completion of 12 years of secondary education with a certificate.
