Role Overview
The Security Shift Leader is responsible for hotel security, loss prevention, incident response, guest assistance, and supervision of security personnel.
The role requires Arabic-speaking capability and includes patrols, emergency response, reporting, and shift leadership.
Security Operations
- Conduct key control audits and monitor electronic key boxes.
- Issue and receive master keys, radios, and beepers and ensure their safekeeping.
- Patrol all property areas and assist guests with room access.
- Monitor CCTV and alarm systems.
- Respond to accidents and emergencies, contact emergency medical services, and administer first aid or CPR when required.
- Notify appropriate individuals about accidents, attacks, and other incidents.
- Defuse guest and employee disturbances and request outside assistance when necessary.
- Resolve safety hazards, escort unwelcome persons from the property, and respond to vehicle accidents or thefts.
Reporting and Leadership
- Complete incident reports, daily occurrence logs, shift handover reports, loss prevention shift summaries, and daily activity reports.
- Maintain confidentiality of security reports and release information only to authorized individuals.
