Qualifications and experience
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in food and beverage or premium hospitality environments.
- Hotel experience is preferred.
- A warm, approachable personality and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Proficiency with POS systems, billing procedures, and cash handling is required.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and effective teamwork are expected.
- The role requires flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Service responsibilities
