An exciting opportunity has arisen at Anchor Group Services, for an experienced Security Officer to join our established security team on our prestigious contract with CEVA Logistics, a national logistics company based in Upper Heyford.
The site is a busy logistics environment, and you will play a key role in maintaining safety, security, and smooth daily operations.
As Security Officer, you will be responsible for conducting regular patrols, controlling access, monitoring site activity, and delivering a high standard of customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional and supportive team, helping to create a safe, secure, and welcoming environment across the site.
T he successful candidate must have a valid SIA Door Supervisor (DS) or Security Guarding (SG) Licence as a minimum.

Requirements
- Full 5-year employment checkable history
- Valid frontline SIA licence DS or SG
- Customer Service experience and confidence to handle conflict in a correct manner
- Flexible to meet the job requirements
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Smart appearance and be well-groomed
- Reliable and punctual
- High level of enthusiasm and passion
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment
- Must be flexible and able to assist in covering holidays and sickness leave.
