About the Role
Aldibel L.L.C is seeking a dual-role Security Guard and Lifeguard to ensure safety and security at a facility in Doha, Qatar.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol the facility, including pool areas, to maintain a safe environment.
- Perform lifeguarding duties, including surveillance of swimming areas and rescue operations.
- Enforce facility rules and regulations to prevent accidents and maintain order.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, providing first aid and CPR as needed.
- Conduct regular safety checks of pool equipment and surrounding areas.
- Assist in the implementation of emergency action plans.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, accidents, and rescue operations.
- Interact professionally with guests, addressing their concerns and providing information.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid lifeguard certification
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications
- Security guard license or ability to obtain one
- Excellent swimming skills and physical fitness
- Proven experience in lifeguarding, security, or both preferred
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid lifeguard certification
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications
- Security guard license or ability to obtain one
- Excellent swimming skills and physical fitness
- Proven experience in lifeguarding, security, or a combination of both preferred
- Strong knowledge of water safety and emergency response procedures
- Proficiency in surveillance techniques and security protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in emergency situations
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Capability to work effectively in hot climate conditions
