- Establish finance governance, reporting rhythms, and robust controls across holdings
- Manage day to day compliance, audit readiness, forecasting, and investment support
- Build and run scalable group finance/accounting systems and policies
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, effective controls, and full statutory compliance
- Optimize cash flow through rigorous budgeting and forecasting across all holdings
- Coordinate payroll review, tax structuring, and regulatory filings
- Communicate with executive stakeholders and conduct financial research
Requirements
- Experience in group accounting, financial reporting, and controls
- Knowledge of tax structuring and compliance
- Experience with budgeting and cash flow forecasting
- Audit coordination and statutory returns experience
- Proficiency in accounting software and reporting tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
