Security CCTV Operator

• Immediately report security incidents, accidents, and suspicious activities to the Security Supervisor and Operations Manager
• Coordinate with security guards and supervisors during incidents
• Maintain effective communication with Management and relevant stakeholders
• Support security teams during emergency situations and evacuation procedures
• Assist in coordinating the appropriate response to incidents when required

• Maintain accurate CCTV monitoring logs and security records
• Prepare and maintain incident reports in accordance with company procedures
• Record and communicate relevant information clearly and accurately
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of CCTV footage and security-related information

• 3–5 years of previous experience as a CCTV Operator, preferably within a shopping mall, retail, hotel, or commercial environment
• Valid SIRA CCTV Operator certification/card is required
• Good knowledge of CCTV monitoring, security systems, and security procedures
• Good understanding of applicable SIRA regulations and requirements
• Strong observation and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to remain alert and focused during long shifts
• Ability to respond quickly and appropriately to security incidents
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Good reporting and documentation skills

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
