Role Overview

  • Aggreko Middle East is hiring a Sector Sales Specialist for Petrochemical and Refining based in Dammam.
  • The role is responsible for developing and delivering the sales and marketing strategy to drive growth in the sector.
  • The specialist will manage an account portfolio, targeting current customers, lapsed customers, and new prospects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for targeting, developing, and acquiring customers within the sales plan.
  • Motivated to meet and exceed revenue targets and sales KPIs.
  • Ensure non rental costs (fuel, freight, rehire) are appropriately priced.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Follow Aggreko's sales process and CRM/CPQ compliance requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze key account related legislation and potential impacts.
  • Study and propose fleet and services developments to meet customer and legislative needs.

Candidate Profile

  • Commercially astute technical sales professional with significant experience.
  • Experience selling or renting capital equipment or technical/engineering solutions (solution selling).
  • Degree in sales, chemical, mechanical engineering, or technical discipline OR minimum 5 years high level sales experience in industrial services.
  • Target driven and results oriented with a track record of exceeding sales and activity KPIs.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Good ability to read, write and speak English; other regional languages are an advantage.
